What class asks of them
Real skills, kid sized.
Kids learn the same striking we teach adults, scaled to their size and attention span.
- 01
Real technique
Stance, punches and kicks taught properly, with gloves on and pads held at their height.
- 02
Focus
Listening, timing and following a combination all take attention. Class asks for it and rewards it.
- 03
Confidence
Getting better at something hard, in front of other kids, builds the real kind.
- 04
Looking after a partner
Partners hold pads for each other and take turns. Taking care of your training partner is part of training.
For parents
What to expect.
