How entry works
Fight Prep has no free trial, and a membership or a standard trial does not include it on its own. Your first booking is an evaluation session. It guarantees the evaluation, not live participation, a spot on the Fight Track, or team representation for a bout you arrange yourself. Coach Adam may start a newer athlete in kickboxing or jiu jitsu fundamentals instead.
The work
What the work is.
Ninety minutes of fight focused drills and coached live work, adapted to the level you can show.
- 01
Fight focused rounds
Situational work and coached live rounds that make you apply good decisions under competition pressure.
- 02
Kickboxing led striking
Kickboxing with a strong Muay Thai base and selected American karate elements, matched to what you can show.
- 03
High percentage grappling
Wrestling heavy and practical: get on top, stay on top, control the exchange.
- 04
Accountability
Coaches watch preparation, consistency, coachability, fundamentals, commitment, conduct and what you add to the team.
Who it is for
Three ways to arrive.
- 01
Experienced competitors
You have a real training base and want a coach directed room for competition preparation.
- 02
Prospects ready to be evaluated
You are serious about competing and ready to show consistency, coachability, sound fundamentals and commitment.
- 03
Newer fighters
The goal is welcome. Build the base in kickboxing and jiu jitsu, train consistently, then talk with Coach Adam about an evaluation.
Bring your own mouthpiece, full size boxing gloves and shin guards. Fight Prep gear is not loaned.
Fight night
Where the work goes.
Coach Elijah competes in MMA, kickboxing and Muay Thai, with the Fight Mechanix patch on his shorts. Fight Prep is the room that gets you ready for your own night.

Questions
Before you book.
Do I need a fight booked?
No. You do not need a bout to be evaluated. Booking a bout on your own also does not make it a team represented fight, so talk with Coach Adam before you commit to one.
What does Coach Adam evaluate?
Preparation, consistency, coachability, fundamentals, commitment to yourself and the team, conduct, and how you contribute to the room.
Can someone be removed from the Fight Track?
Yes. Placement stays under ongoing coach review and can be paused or ended when the standard is not kept.
Do you have boxing classes?
There is no standalone boxing program. Boxing skills are part of Kickboxing and Fight Prep.
I am new. Where do I start?
Start in Kickboxing and jiu jitsu on the free 14 days. Build the base, then ask about an evaluation.
Show us what you have.
Wednesday 7:30 PM or Friday 6:00 PM. Evaluation first.
